I have had a long journey on my way to accepting my body.
I still am not at the end of my Fat Acceptance Journey, but I have stopped letting my body issues drive me crazy. I have been Fat all of my life and on top of that I have a condition called Gynecomastia (large male breasts) which in my case was made even larger because of my weight.
So you may never see me swimming in public, but I no longer worry about how my shirt contours to my body.
